With her dedicated help, after deciding to buy, we did find the perfect house after many hours of searching during the evenings and weekends, as my work schedule required. We closed on our house when we needed to (just over 3 weeks from deciding to make an offer) and at the price we had hoped for (she did great price comparisons and definitely knows how to negotiate). Tricia and Pat are really great people. They have a lot of pride in what they do. We were honest with Tricia, and told her we weren't sure whether to buy, rent, or stay in the apartment where we were. She treated us as if we wanted to buy a house right then and there. All the other realtors we spoke to did not seem to want anything to do with us. One even told me they would show me a house but never showed up and did not even bother to call. Tricia was not like that. If I wanted to see a house, she would try to show it to me that day or as soon as she could.
